CALL FOR SHAREHOLDERS TO SUBMIT SHARE DOCUMENTS
The Management Board of Prism Roman Kondratiuk limited joint-stock partnership with its registered office in Krakow, Cieszyńska 6/17, 30-015 Krakow (hereinafter referred to as the Company), on the basis of Article 16 (1) of the Act of August 30, 2019 on amendments to the Act - Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), calls on the shareholders of the Company to submit share documents for dematerialization of shares. Share documents should be submitted to the Company's registered office in Krakow (30-015), 6/17 Cieszyńska Street, on business days from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
